ORDER REQUIREMENTS
We will need your company details to give our wholesale

Minimum purchase could apply to your order depending the product (s) you are ordering.
RETAIL ORDERS (Retail)
We retail some items of our inventory for quality checking of our products.
You don't need to register a wholesale account in order to use our retail shopping cart.
You need a wholesale account to access wholesale prices.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Please use the text box of our contact form to specify your special
requirements, remember to include the product code number. If you are
looking for a custom design or a special Larimar product that you don't
find in our catalog, please feel free to describe your needs, we would be
happy to work with you.
SHIPPING
We ship all wholesale orders by USPS. Alternative, we use FedEx, UPS or DHL. We ship worldwide.
PAYMENTS ACCEPTED
Wire transfer to our bank account, Money orders and checks.
MasterCard, American Express, debit cards and Visa credit card (accepted only thru our secure website) and PayPal.
PROCESSING TIME FRAME
Items in Stock are processed in 2 to 3 business days. For non-stock items
please note that the processing time frame would depend of the product (s) and qty selected.
RETURNS
All returns must be made within 10 days of receipt. Please contact us
